Dreadfully slow service. One customer served every 5 mins at least even although I highlighted I had pre-ordered and pre-paid and was collecting. Pizza was a bready plain ‘batter fest’ and inedible. I like batter and it was inedible! I have pictures. I pre-ordered and pre-paid for a half pizza crunch supper tonight (ordered on app) however I was give 2 x 1/4 which means more batter and less topping. Literally none!!! You only do cheese as pizza crunch? This affects the end product hugely. Victors, whom as I’m sure you know have gone down hill considerably recently, still have 100 x superior pizza and pizza crunches. They do any type of crunch topping you want and it has actual cheese and toppings inside!!! It’s cheesy and has a cheese pull when you eat theirs. Yours tonight was bone dry with zero inside. No cheese, no tomato taste. It was an epic fail. I also got a king rib the week before last which had no taste of king rib inside. It literally tasted zero of rib. I only came back as you’re 5 mins from my home. 2 out of my last 3 meals have been binned with a 1/3 eaten and I only ate a third as I was starving. Would appreciate your reply 07368397497. As per normal, Martini’s served up quality fish suppers and the staff weee very friendly.

It was very dry and chips where either green or little Crispy bits. I like little Crispy bits but not mostly crispy bits especially when the rest of the chips where green

Food was not very warm . The girl serving at the counter was nice but didn’t like the way the man behind the counter spoke to her and the other girl . Sorry but fish was the worst I’ve ever had won’t be back

Accidentally ordered and paid for standard rather than special fish suppers using the website. The staff kindly laughed this off and made special fish suppers at no extra cost. Really friendly and accommodating and the fish was fantastic!

Fish was all batter no fish and chips where minimal, I have taken pictures, very disappointed

Food was dry and burnt and cold. Totally inedible!! Really disappointed.

Pizza was good and i like that you get a free bag of chips with the 2 bigger sizes. Appreciate this place.
